Estimation of Parameters and Optimal Control of The Genital Herpes Epidemic Model
Abstract — In this paper, the stochastic probability
model of genital herpes epidemic system and the proposed
transitions in this model will be discussed. The local
stability analysis and chaotic behavior of the model will be
studied. Numerical solution and the chaotic behavior of
the model will be shown graphically. The dynamical
estimators of the unknown rates and their up- dating rules
will be derived. The controlled model will be presented
graphically. Illustrative examples for the dynamical
estimators of unknown rates of the model will be presented.
The percentage errors in these estimators will be calculated.
Finally, the optimal control inputs with respect to a selected
measure will be derived
