CYS 2310 Policy, Legal, Ethics and Compliance

This course that provides knowledge related to cybersecurity legislation, standards, regulations, guidelines, policies and ethics. Students will examine the applicable laws and policies related to cyber defense, their responsibilities related to the handling of data as it pertains to legal, ethical and/or agency auditing issues, and the type of legal dispute (civil, criminal, private) affects the evidence used to resolve an issue.
