I graduated from the Biochemistry Department, College of Science, KSU in 2007. Later, I obtained my master’s degree from the same department in 2015. During my master’s program, I conducted research in the Protein Research Chair, focusing on the gene cloning and expression of mitochondrial glutathione reductase from Arabian Camel liver in E. coli. Since 2012, I have been working as a teaching assistant in the Biochemistry Department, College of Science, KSU. During this time, I have taught various undergraduate courses and have contributed to numerous administrative tasks and events organization. I earned a Ph.D. in immunometabolism from Trinity College Dublin, Ireland in 2023. My primary interest lies in understanding the importance of cellular metabolism in immune cell function. I hope that my knowledge significantly contributes .to the understanding that metabolism in integrally linked to immune cell functions.
