Bot 492 (0+0+10) Ecological Field Training

يتضمن المقرر رحلة حقلية ذات شقين عمليين:
1. للتعرف على البيئات النباتيةالأرضية المختلفة والتركيب الفلوري لكل بيئة في المملكة العربية السعودية ، العوامل التي تؤثر على الغطاء النباتي، دراسة المجتمعات النباتية، دراسة أثر النشاطات البشرية على البيئة عمومًا.
2. التعرف على البيئات الساحلية والمائية، وعلى البيئة النباتية للمنجروف بصورة خاصة، وبيئات الطحالب المختلفة وتوزيع الطحالب فيها، العوامل المؤثرة على نموها، جمع أنواع من الطحالب وإيضاح الطرق المثلى للاحتفاظ بها.
The course includes a field trip with two practical parts:
1. To identify the different plant terrestrial habitats and the Floristic composition of each Habitat in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the factors that affect the vegetation cover, the study of plant communities, and the study of the human impacts on the environment in general.
2. Identifying the coastal and aquatic environments, the plant environment of mangroves in particular, the different algae environments and the distribution of algae in them, the factors affecting their growth, collecting types of algae and clarifying the best ways to keep them.
