Mechanical Measurements (ME 321)

This course aims to introduce the concept of mechanical measurements to students enrolled in the BSc Mechanical Engineering program at KSU. The course will cover measuring concepts, data collection and analysis, uncertainty analysis, analog and digital systems, sensing, time constant of measurement systems, and data presentation. Practical examples and experiments will be done though the course and students are required to write reports based on the concepts learned in class. The experiments will cover fluid, thermal, materials, and acoustic variable measurements.
