This is a one-year course offered during the third year of the Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program. It serves as an introductory course in Fixed Prosthodontics and provides students with an orientation to the discipline.
The course provides a structured framework for learning the scientific foundations and fundamental principles of Fixed Prosthodontics. It prepares students for sound clinical practice through a preclinical patient-simulation phase that includes essential mechanical and technical procedures.
