This course serves as an introduction to Knowledge Engineering and Different type of expert systems. These systems are used mainly of problems that cannot be addressed using a more traditional approach. The course will cover introduction to knowledge based intelligent systems, rule based expert systems, uncertainties management in rule based expert systems, fuzzy expert systems, frame based expert systems, artificial neural networks, evolutionary algorithm, hybrid intelligent systems, knowledge engineering and data mining.
