أ.د. صالح بن عبد الرحمن القريشي

Prof. Dr. Saleh Abdel-Rahman Al-Quraishy is a Professor of Parasitology in the Department of Zoology, College of Science, King Saud University, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. He is an established researcher in parasitology, zoology, and biomedical sciences, with extensive experience in research, postgraduate supervision, and scientific collaboration.

Prof. Al-Quraishy has authored and co-authored more than 600 scientific publications, with a substantial number published in leading international journals. His research contributions include publications in Nature and Science, including studies on the origins, domestication, and evolution of horses. He has also received several awards for scientific excellence and high-impact research, including recognition for publications in Nature.

His academic work spans parasitology, molecular biology, host–parasite interactions, infectious diseases, and related biomedical fields. He has supervised numerous master’s and doctoral students and has contributed significantly to the development of scientific research at King Saud University.

ستاذ الدكتور صالح عبد الرحمن القريشي هو أستاذ علم الطفيليات في قسم علم الحيوان بكلية العلوم، جامعة الملك سعود، الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية. وهو باحث متميز في علم الطفيليات وعلم الحيوان والعلوم الطبية الحيوية، ويتمتع بخبرة واسعة في البحث العلمي والإشراف على الدراسات العليا والتعاون العلمي.

نشر الأستاذ الدكتور القريشي وشارك في تأليف أكثر من 600 بحث ومنشور علمي، نُشر عدد كبير منها في مجلات دولية مرموقة. وتشمل إسهاماته البحثية أبحاثًا منشورة في مجلتي Nature وScience، من بينها دراسات حول أصول الخيول وتدجينها وتطورها. كما حصل على عدد من الجوائز تقديرًا للتميز العلمي والبحوث عالية التأثير، بما في ذلك تكريمات مرتبطة بالنشر في مجلة Nature.

وتشمل اهتماماته البحثية علم الطفيليات، والأحياء الجزيئية، والتفاعلات بين العائل والطفيلي، والأمراض المعدية، والمجالات الطبية الحيوية ذات الصلة. كما أشرف على العديد من طلاب الماجستير والدكتوراه، وأسهم بصورة بارزة في دعم وتطوير البحث العلمي في جامعة الملك سعود
