BCH 555- Techniques in Molecular Biology

This course is a practical course and provides hands-on training on basic methods used in recombinant DNA technology and molecular biology. Starting from the basics of how to extract DNA and RNA, the students will learn PCR primer designing and PCR standardization and optimization,  gene expression and methyaltion.
