Shady Refat Saadeldin Aly

Dr. Shady R. S. Aly is currently an assistant professor of Industrial Engineering in the Department of Industrial Engineering at the College of Engineering, King Saud University (KSU), in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He obtained the Ph.D. in Systems Engineering & Informatics from the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague, Czech Republic, 2006, and the M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Production Engineering from the Helwan University, Cairo, Egypt, in 2001& 1997 respectively. He delivers consultancy work of International Science and technology Cooperation, and Research & Business Development at the Riyadh Science Park, KSU. Up-to-date, he has participated in more than 6 international research projects. His main research interests lie in the field of application of Artificial Intelligence and Multi-Criterion Decision Making tools in manipulating complex industrial and business related problems. In addition, his professional experiences include industry- academia collaboration, research management, innovation and policy coordination, and cooperation.
