Indented Learning Outcomes (Objectives):

At end of this course, student should be able to:

·          Formulate a clinical impression based on an analysis of comprehensive assessment findings, anatomy, physiology, pathophysiology, and epidemiology in a given scenario.

·          Summarize appropriate interventions as part of a treatment plan intended to mitigate the emergency, provide symptom relief, and improve the overall health of the patient in a given scenario.

·          Relate assessment findings to underlying pathological and physiological changes in the patient’s condition.

·          Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions and modifies treatment plan accordingly

·          Display the leadership skills while proving emergency medical care.

·          Effectively communicate in a manner that is culturally sensitive and intended to improve the patient outcome

·          Demonstrate proficiency in comprehensive history taking and physical examination to identify factors affecting the health and health needs of a patient in a given scenario.
