I am an Assistant Professor of Law at King Saud University with a strong interest in interdisciplinary research combining law and finance.
My research focuses on corporate governance, financial regulation, capital markets and banking. I
have published research in international peer-reviewed journals and regularly use empirical methods and financial data analysis to examine the relationship between legal frameworks and financial outcomes.
My work aims to bridge legal scholarship and empirical research while contributing to regulatory development and evidence-based policymaking.
