* Bachelor degree of pharmaceutical sciences, College of Pharmacy – King Saud University, 1992, with a GPA of (4.75 / 5.00) and an "excellent" grade with "first class honour".   
* Master's degree in pharmacy (Pharmaceutics), College of Pharmacy – King Saud University, 2000, with a GPA of (4.82 / 5.00).
Title of the thesis: ' In-vitro and in-vivo evaluation of mebeverine hydrochloride from different suppository bases'.
 
Work experience

  1. Teaching assistant in the Department of Pharmaceutics, College of Pharmacy, King Saud University, from 1993 to 2000.
  2. Lecturer in the Department of Pharmaceutics, College of Pharmacy, King Saud University since 2000 until now.
  3. Participated in teaching the practical parts of different courses in the Department of pharmaceutics since 1993 until now. The courses include:
  • Calculations and pharmaceutical solutions.
  • Dispersion systems and drug stability.
  • Solid dosage forms.
  • Sterile dosage forms.
