ü Conducted an extensive literature review on conventional production and treatment of biodiesel.
ü Planed and prepared the experimental setup.
ü Production of biodiesel from canola oil using alkali transesterefication reaction
ü Purification of lab produced biodiesel to reduce glycerol content in order to meet the ASTM standard
ü Purification of produced biodiesel using membrane separation processes as a new treatment technology, the purification step involve using ultra-filtration (UF) and microfiltration (MF) polymeric and ceramic membranes with different pore size distribution.
