Investigating the role of membrane damage in tigecycline killing towards S. aureus.

Various assays I learned such as MIC determination, time-kill assays and various membrane damaging assays such as DiSC3(5) assays and Potassium (K+) leakage assays.

Sep-Dec 2010

Production of EGFP mutant from the wild type GFP followed by expression and analysis.
