Graduate Research Assistant:  Extensive experience with image processing and machine learning techniques. More specifically, I worked on the development and the implementation of Content-based Image Retrieval (CBIR) and annotation prototype that takes advantage of the developed algorithms for efficient web image annotation and retrieval. Also, I developed machine learning algorithms that integrate visual features with textual keywords, summarize, and organize data repositories.
