In this undergraduate course, we teach the following topics: Introduction to Engineering Management; Project Participants and Project Life Cycle; Project Time Planning: Processes, and Bar (Gantt) Chart; Network Model: Activity-On-Node (AON), Precedence Diagramming, and Time-scaled network; Resource Leveling and Allocation; Resource Allocation; Time-Cost Trade-Offs; Contractual and Organizational Approaches; Financial Management: Cashflow Forecasting; Time Control; Cost Control; and Analysis of Scheduling Delay.
