Dr. Mohamed Hassan Morsy is an Associate Professor in the Mechanical
Engineering Department of King Saud University. His research interests
include internal combustion engines and alternative fuels. He earned his PhD
Degree on laser ignition from the Department of Mechanical Engineering
in 1998, Seoul National University, South Korea. He worked for three years
(1999–2001) as a post-doctoral fellow in the Department of Mechanical
Engineering, Seoul National University, South Korea. He got a US patent on
laser ignition (US 6,305,929B1) in 2001.
