Dr. Mostafizur Rahaman

Presently, Dr. Mostafizur Rahaman is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Chemistry, College of Science, King Saud University, Riyadh, 11451, Saudi Arabia. He completed his M. Sc (organic chemistry) from T. M. Bhagalpur University, India; M. Tech (polymer engineering) from Central Institute of Plastics Engineering and Technology (CIPET) Bhubaneswar, India; and Ph D. from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Kharagpur, India. After completion of M Tech degree, he worked as a Quality Control Incharge in Swastic Industries, Howrah, India. He worked as a Research Associate in IIT Kharagpur for one year and then moved to King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals (KFUPM), Dhahran, Saudi Arabia, as a Post-doctoral research faculty, where he contributed in research work for two years. At present, he is having 70+ published research articles in reputed international journals, 3 books, 9 book chapters,15 published articles in conference proceeddings, and one US patent. His reseach fields of interest are polymer and polymer based composites materials, especially for electrical, electronic, sensing, and energy applications.
