The Lab. of this course provide the understand of the most common calculation in biochemistry , including ways of expressing
  concentration , Calculate the PH , ionization of weak acid , Buffers and study some application of spectrophotometers . In lab. the students will apply practical training on these topics ,supported by laboratory experiments as much as possible.
