Mohamed MAHMOUD holds B. Sc. In Food sciences, Faculty of Agriculture Cairo University 1991, Egypt, He had the Master Degree in Biochemistry from Faculty of Agriculture Cairo University 1997, Egypt, and hold PhD in Biochemistry from Faculty of Science and Technology, Nantes University, France,May 2004. From 1992 to 2019 He worked as researcher in National Research Center in Cairo Egypt, work in deanship of scientific in King Saud University from 2009 to 2025. Starting in the summer of 2025, moved to work in the Faculty of Science, Department of Biochemistry. participated in the management of many projects in DSR such as research group program, Raid Program Institutional Funding program, Now he is in charge research support and services unit which introduce many research services to faculty members and students like language editing, plagiarism test, statistical analysis and scientific advices. He has more than 120 papers published in web of science journals, his interests in the field of human nutrition, biochemistry and immunology.
