NAN 561 Nano and Micro Sensors (First semester 2024)

This course aims to provide students with an overview of micro- and nano-scale devices as well as an understanding of their applications.

By the end of the course, students will have a basic understanding of how to design, analyze, and characterize a micro or nano-sensors system, as well as a basic understanding of MEMS & NEMS fabrications.
