Introduction/Brief CV
I have been engaged in the study of microbiology, focusing on diversity, taxonomy, molecular phylogeny, and plant growth-promoting fungi. My expertise lies in the taxonomic study of microfungi, particularly saprobes and endophytes. I have achieved high academic success in researching fungal diversity and phylogeny, publishing over 100 SCI papers, with 24 of them as the first author and corresponding author. This includes three Q1 papers published in the top journal ranked by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, three of which are highly cited. Based on Web of Science, my h-index is 37 and I have received more than 10,000 citations on Google Scholar. I was recognized as a highly cited researcher in 2023 and 2024 by Clarivate. For three consecutive years (2021, 2022, and 2023), I was selected by Stanford University, USA as one of the “World’s Top 2% Scientists”. Additionally, I served as a senior associate editor of Mycosphere and participated in conducting peer reviews for numerous scientific journals.
