ME 313 Manufacturing Process- II

ME 313 (Manufacturing Processes-II) is a 3-credit hour (2 weekly lectures, 1 tutorial session and 2 lab session) third-year course. This is an introductory course to metal cutting processes that will cover all the basic concepts, calculations and applications of different metal cutting processes used in the present industry. The course emphasizes machines selection, cutting tools, processes parameters, machining time, calculating cutting forces, power consumption and process sheets.
