BOT499 - Research Project (2)

Course General Description:

The Research Project 2 is the culmination of the Bachelor’s program. The course is carried out as a research project within a department. It is an opportunity to put the knowledge learned during the course into practice. The project assesses the student’s initiative and ability to plan, report, and present a project. The program's attainment targets describe the project's difficulty level and the modules followed to that point. Students work independently on the project under the guidance of a supervisor.

Course Main Objective(s):

Research Project 2 is an extensive project involving a botany experimental assignment. It should document the student’s ability to work independently and apply botanical methods and theories to solve botanical cases in a specific field. 

How to use scientific periodicals?  How to search for scientific information in different scientific databases?  Experimental design and experimental work in the lab and the field.  Data Collection and Analysis – Writing scientific reports includes these parts
