Physical Biochemistry is an undergraduate course that introduces the physical principles underlying the structure, stability, and function of biological macromolecules. The course covers thermodynamics and kinetics of biochemical processes, protein folding and stability, ligand binding, enzyme catalysis, and spectroscopic techniques used to study biomolecules. Emphasis is placed on quantitative analysis, interpretation of experimental data, and understanding how physical laws govern biological systems.
