BOT 523 (Field Systematics)

The general course objective is to introduce the students to the skills needed
for fieldwork required for floristic studies. The students will learn how to collect the plant's
materials from the field, preparation of herbarium specimens, herbarium curation, and application
this knowledge for the study of plant biodiversity, ecology, and environmental biology.
- To encourage the students to study the plants in the natural habitat by the fieldwork, and
collection and documentation of plants.
