CLS 699 - Thesis Proposal Writing

This course presents the fundamental scientific and literary skills of research porposal writing. Emphasis is placed on project conceptualization, comprehensive and critical review of current literature, development of project aims and objectives, detailed experimental design, and prediction of expected outcomes and implications. Evaluation and acquisition of funding sources, financial management and budget allocation, workflow design, and overall project management are also discussed.
