Justyna Godos’s primary research focuses on how nutritional factors relate to human health and her key disciplinary area is nutritional epidemiology. During her career she published nearly 100 scientific articles and she is mostly known for her research into the health benefits of polyphenols-containing foods and beverages. Much of her recent work is centred on establishing the link between modifiable risk factors, such as nutrition, and mental health.
