TRAJ 327- Scientific and technical Translation

This course introduces students to a wide range of texts in the fields of science and technology to train
them on translating these texts from English into Arabic and vice versa. The main focus is to address
translation-related issues and problems with special emphasis on developing students’ translation
competence, which includes developing their bilingual, extralinguistic, instrumental, and strategic
competences.
