PL 414 Infrastructure Planning

What is the main purpose for this course? Define and discuss topics related to infrastructure Understand how the sector plays a significant role in development Understand the relations between different components of infrastructure and its management and financing Analyze and discuss issues relatedkey  to Supply and demand, since infrastructure systems include a wide range of services such as water, sewage, storm water, waste disposal facilities, electric power, and telecommunications. These topics present the framework of this course. Some international experiences of other countries will be addressed.
