Dr. Hamad F. Alharbi is an associate professor in the Mechanical Engineering Department at King Saud University. Dr. Alharbi received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from King Abdulaziz University in 2001. He had worked at Saudi Aramco for about five years before he joined the Department of Mechanical Engineering at King Saud University. He received his Master of Science in Materials Science and Engineering from Drexel University in September 2009, and his Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology in January 2014. His research interests are broadly centered in the areas of materials science and computational mechanics.
