Professor Fairouz Tchier is a renowned mathematician and theoretical computer scientist at King Saud University, Saudi Arabia. Born in Algeria, she earned her Bachelor's degree in Mathematics (Functional Analysis) from Université de Sétif in 1986, followed by a Master's degree in Mathematics (Functional Analysis) from Université de Sherbrooke, Canada, in 1990. She completed her Ph.D. in Mathematics (Theoretical Computer Science) from Université Laval, Quebec City, Canada, in 1996
