يحوى هذا المقرر على أنواع وطرق اختيار العقود الإنشائية وضع الشروط العامة والمواصفات الفنية ، تقديم العطاءات ، ترسية المشروع وإدارة عقود التشييد ، وصف المسؤولية القانونية ، التأمين إضافة إلى النواحي القانونية الأخرى المتعلقة بالمشاريع الإنشائية .

This course includes the types and methods of choosing construction contracts, setting general conditions and technical specifications, submitting bids, project awarding and managing construction contracts, describing legal liability, insurance in addition to other legal aspects related to construction projects.
