Construction Planning and Control

This course provides the students an opportunity to study and apply a different planning and scheduling tools and techniques throughout a life cycle of a project. Course covers strategic planning; planning for scope, project evaluation and selection, project definition, pre-project planning, time and cost, application of CPM and probabilistic scheduling techniques to the planning, scheduling, and control of a construction project. Also it covers some resource management techniques.
