In this lab, students will be introduced to the fundamental concepts of the clinical microscope  including :gram  stain ,spore    stain ,acid fast stain ,culture media ,streaking ,disinfection , sterilization techniques,gram possitive bacteria ,gram negative bacteria cocci ,bacilli ,determination of MIC by the agar diffusion method ,serial dilution ,sensitivity test  and parasitology .
