Course Description
This course deals with fundamental notions on the physical chemistry of polymers. In this program, different aspects will be in detail treated to understand and acquire the necessary knowledge in the polymers to carry out experiments in the laboratory. This program contains: Review on the methods of polymerization and characterization of polymers; Chain conformation; thermodynamics of macromolecular systems; transition phenomenon; thermal stability and degradation of polymers; characterization of polymer solutions, polymer networks.
