منيرة عبدالله المنصور

Monirah A. Al-Mansour, Ph.D. is assistant professor of education in Early Childhood Education at King Saud University. She earned her degree on December 2014 at the Pennsylvania State University where conducts research in creative play in particular and used to be a supervisor for pre-service teachers from 2011-2012. She has co-authored book chapters, conducted workshops and presented research papers at national and international conferences on play from cross-cultural perspective. She is an active member of TASP and NAEYC. Her research interests are open-ended play as a vehicle for creative expression for young children, the use of recycled items and reusable resources to enhance creativity, and also children’s play in nature.
