The course includes the following topics:

Introduction to Spectrophotometry, Centrifuges, Electrophoresis, DNA isolation, Protein methods, Introduction to Gas Chromatography, High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Atomic Absorption Spectroscopy. And the main objective of the course is to teach the students the principals of biochemical techniques and instrumentation and how to apply it in the experiments.
