Prof. Nabeel Hussain Alharthi أ.د. نبيل حسين الحارثي

I got my B.S in Mechanical Engineering from King Abdulaziz University (KAU), Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, in 2001, I joined Saline Water Conversion Corporation in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, as a mechanical engineer. In 2003, I returned back to Jeddah to work for Saudi Arabian Airlines as a material specialist. In 2007, I began working at King Saud University, Riyadh and received a scholarship to pursue a Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy. In 2008, I started the graduate studies at Lehigh University, Bethlehem, Pa. In 2011, I earned my M.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering and Mechanics from Lehigh and my Ph.D in 2014 from the same university. My research interests are manufaturing processes such as deformation processes of metal and machining (Steel, Al, Mg ), FE numerical simulation, physical simulation, mechanical testing and microstructure characterization.
