MIS 437 - Electronic Business

The course introduces the principles and concepts of e-commerce: the types of e-business solutions; planning and design of e-business solutions; e-business solutions in various business sectors; integrated information systems, the legal and ethical dimensions of e-business solutions; risk management in e-business solutions; new trends in e-business solutions; and cases studies in e-business solutions.
