Software/IT Project Management

The course aims to provide students with basic project management knowledge and skills in order to be able to lead IT/software teams and effectively manage IT/software project scope, time, and budget.
 
Upon the successful completion of this course, a student should be able to:

Understand the organizational context and constraints of a project

Analyze, design, plan, and schedule a project

Monitor and report the status of a project

Effectively lead and work in and with teams
