Principles of Pharmacogenetics PHRM 223

This course introduces students to the principles of protein and nucleic acid synthesis, regulations, functions, and their crucial roles in normal and pathological functions. It demonstrates the implementation of these concepts and discusses associated challenges in clinical practice. The course also examines the molecular basis for interindividual differences in drug disposition and the application of that information for individualized drug treatment.
