Students will be introduced to nutrition problems in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, reasons behind them and methods to solve them with respect to society’s beliefs, traditions, and habits. This course covers the study of implementing, designing, evaluating, managing and improving nutrition programs. The course also concentrates on common nutrition problems in the community and how to prevent them, which can be facilitated through designing and implicating nutrition programs applied by authorized individuals to make decision in order to eliminate dietary problems and negative eating habits.
