The course includes applying communication skills in planning and implementing of nutrition education programs. This course includes introducing education theories and models required to create successful community programs and applying theories into practice. Nutrition education focuses on improving dietary habits and food choices for individuals to protect them from diseases, by using effective methods of dietary counseling for patients, small groups and communities.
