Evaluation:

                 20 % Quizzes & Tutorial

                 20 % Mid-Term Exams

                 20 % Design Project

                 40 % Final Exam

                 Mid_term: (9th week - in the lecture)

                 Final Exam   : (16th week)

Attendance policy:

            According to KSU policy, every student should attend at least 75% of the course classes (including the tutorials). Those who fail to fulfill this condition will fail in the course.

   

General Guidelines for the Design-Project

·         Team work (3-4 students/group)

·         Timeframe : 3 weeks maximum

·         Real time problem has to be selected (class problems should be avoided)

·         Use only MATLAB/SIMULINK Toolbox (Hardware is not required)

·         Report size : main text 20 pages without appendices

·         The report has to be submitted as hard print (electronic copy is not required)

·         Grades: 20 marks
