Bio: 
Samiha Mjahed Hammami, Ph.D: She obtained her dissertation from High Institute of Management of Tunis University in 2011. Her research interests are geared towards customer knowledge management, service failure and service recovery, complaint behaviour, sustainable consumption, social acceptance of renewable energies and place attachment. She published in Renewable & sustainable Energy Review; Qualitative Market Research-An International Journal; European Journal of Innovation Management; VINE: The Journal of Information and Knowledge Management Systems; the International Arab Journal of e-Technology (IAJeT)... She is presently an assistant professor of marketing at college of Business Administration (CBA) in King Saud University -KSA after ten years experience mainly at the University of Economics Sciences and Management of Nabeul, Carthage University, the Tunis Business School, and the High Institute of Management of Tunis University.
