NGA100 Specialized English Language

The course is designed to,

1. develop the communication skills and specialist English language knowledge of engineering students
2. lay emphasis on listening, speaking, reading and writing skills and helping students to develop their communicative ability within the engineering field

Authentic activities – from describing technical problems and suggesting solutions

A regular focus on technical and semi-technical vocabulary enables students to become familiar with and practice using the specialist language
