Molecular Genetics is a branch of science that studies and explores the chemical and fundamental role of the genetic materials or genes in the cell. Genes carry all the required instructions and information to generate a normal cell. However, it can also cause diseases that are inherited from one generation to another, such as cancer. Molecular Genetics specialized in Cancer Biology is further investigation of many genes, oncogenes, or tumor suppressors that are significant players in cancer initiation and development.
