 Course Description

This course discusses the various parts of a computer and their working, and the various types of task-oriented software; course discusses the concepts, types and protocols of computer networks and about Internet technology, the concepts and levels of programming languages and major programming languages including object-oriented programming.

LAB

  • In lab the MS-Office applications of Word , PowerPoint and Excel are practiced along with the basic file management.

 

 Attendance Policy

All students must have a minimum of 75% attendance, failing which may result in debarring from the course.

 

 Grading Policy

Major Exams, Quizzes :  30%

Lab sessions:                 30%

Final Exam:                   40%

Theory Lecture classes and Lab sessions.
